My Kids Love to Play Chess

My kids love to play chess. Their abilities are far beyond mine in the game of chess. They have all learned to play the game by joining the after school chess program and being taught by great chess players and coaches! They love to challenge each other in the fascinating game of chess and I love to see them play. They also really enjoy playing in chess tournaments.

One of challenges we face is that the kids are constantly losing chess pieces. How can this be? It seems that every time we open the box, there is another missing piece. I can’t stand the disorganization. In any case, I now need to replace quite a few of the chess pieces. I will take a look online to see if I can find some decent, but relatively inexpensive chess pieces for the kids. They certainly don’t need top of the line chess pieces. They just need some basic pieces so they can continue to play the game!
